AASA Business Center Guidelines
The AASA would like to announce that it offers the following services to active members of Gabay and senior scholars: AASA’s computers are open to scholars from 9AM-6PM on schooldays. Scholars will be accommodated in a first come, first serve basis. Each scholar will be allowed a maximum of 60 minutes per session. Extensions will be allowed only if no one has signed in to take the next slot. Usage of computer however, is limited to internet access and use of MS Office programs. Downloading of music, movies, programs and the like is not allowed. AASA also offers free printing to active members of Gabay and senior scholars. Scholars may print up to 10 pages (black and white text) a month. They can exceed this number but it will be subtracted to their 10 pages in the succeeding months. However, they may not add the pages that they did not use from the months that already passed. We will charge the following rates for colored printing: Full-Page Colored Image - P20.00
Full Page Colored Text – P10.00 Half-Page Colored Image – P10.00 Half-Page Colored Text – P5.00 Scholars are also required to bring their own paper that will be used for printing. There will be a strict no paper, no printing policy. Also, to avoid viruses for both AASA’s and scholars’ computer and USB’s, the use of flash drives to open files will not be allowed. Rather, scholars must have their files opened via email. For those who are not Gabay members and senior scholars, they may still print in the office but, they will be asked to pay. The rates are as follows: Black and White – P3.50 per page Full-Page Colored Image - P20.00 Full Page Colored Text – P10.00 Half-Page Colored Image – P10.00 Half-Page Colored Text – P5.00 These people must also bring their own paper, open files through email, and can print only to a maximum of 10 pages. AASA also has free fax and scanning. Use of landline is also allowed but it is limited to outgoing calls within Metro Manila only. Scholars are also invited to use AASA’s welcome area. It may be used for group studies, brainstorming, meetings and the like. We just request that the noise be regulated since we share the area with other offices. The first come, first serve policy shall also be followed.
